Indian Patent office issues clarification on design registration - Prometheus IP

The Indian Patent Office has recently issued a clarification on the Designs Act, 2000. The circular states that for registration of designs, one application would suffice for any one or all of the articles that are categorised under the same class, irrespective of the sub classes.
